I saw that my results are on my chart, but have yet to discuss them with my GP.

Does the following look ok? I have scoured this site and the NHS website trying to make sense of the conversions but can I heck figure it out. I blame the hypo (good excuse!)

Coded entry Urine creatinine level 10.7 mmol/L
Coded entry Urine albumin level 3.5 mg/L
Coded entry Urine albumin/creatinine ratio 0.3 mg/mmol [< 3.5
 
According to my lab reports the urine creatinine should be 3 to 11mmol/l and the albumin under 6mg/l

The ACR should be 0 to 3mg/mmol

Labs do differ though.

Thank you for that. Hopefully on that basis my results look ok but the creatine looks top end. I will wait for the GP to confirm of course!

I think it is the ratio that is important, not the individual results unless they are sky high, but your doctor will be the best one to ask.
