I have been receiving acupuncture from a Chinese Five Element Acupuncturist, and it is no coincidence that in the space of 6 months my erstwhile uncontrollable blood sugar levels have completely levelled - and the hospital is absolutely amazed. I inject Levemir twice a day and no longer have any other 'assistance' with myType 2 diabetes. I am 80 yrs old. and was diagnosed 9 years ago.

I tried acupuncture last week and I feel much calmer this week, my son is pleased as I have been a nightmare of late. I am going to stick with it for a few weeks although the extra cost at Christmas is not ideal my health comes first.
