Guys wondering if anyone has experienced this, Im getting an adrenal type response to something (shaky clammy rushy feelings) and blood sugars have been between 3.3 and 15 (CGM) 4.1 Monitor and 9.8 in almost vertical lines.

Ive reduced basal, eaten, walked and otherwise sat at my desk. Anyone any ideas?

It could be down to a high rate of change of BG.

Can you correlate these feelings with fast changes recorded on your CGM?

I know that if my sugars are dropping quickly, even if they are still good, I get similar symptoms.

I get this every afternoon around 1.5 hrs post lunch. Always check BG and it's fine but I feel hypo. I attribute it to insulin kicking in!

Thanks guys. Yes and no, Im currently stable and feeling slightly better but not entirely. gonna eat some chesse,. cheese makes everything better

Something is def crook. Basal stays the same between 12pm and 8pm. bg dropping now. last bolus at 8.55am and walked before 1pm.

changed basal profile down a notch this morning about 11am.

Hope you don't mind me saying this Engineer, but your symptoms do sound very similar to a panic attack.

Don't mind at all @noblehead only i wasn't panicking or stressed about, well, anything. Didnt have any breathing issues either.

That's good to know, not sure what is causing your symptoms.
