Jelly babies for me, but they're what I use for all fast tweaks. The important bits are does it contain glucose, can you get it in you quickly, and is it tasty enough for you to want to get it in you. Then less important but still worth considering are availability, cost, and size of dose. So glucogel/hypogel would work, but might fail on cost + availability + taste. Glucose syrup for baking is cheaper and probably easier to find (though a little bit less effective instantly), but would fail on taste. Wine gums are cheap, easy to find and tasty, but I find they take longer to chew. So I have jelly babies, transferred from a big bag into little ones so I can easily carry while running and don't have a big open bag lying around going off.
But that's me. Others have different tastes. Go with what feels good.
