I tried oatmeal for breakfast this morning. I had 30gm with full fat milk but no sweetener.
Before 4.9
1hr - 6.8
2hr - 5.9
3hr - 4.9
Do those look like normal kind of figures. It takes a lot these days to get me in the high 6s. Should I expect this from this kind of food? Would like your opinions please. Thanks.
