I find that Greek yoghurt puts my blood sugars up by more than I’m comfortable with and in complete disproportion to the carb content, especially in the mornings. Could be the same for you? For some it’s an ideal breakfast, but not others. You could try something egg based and see if that helps.
Ha! Have discovered the cause, just read up the rest of my drugs for hypertension and my diuretic contains lactose which explains why I only spike in the morning, after taking it!
