I’m on 3000mg of metformin a day. I’m also on dapagliflozin. My hba1c is at 65. When I was first diagnosed it was at 48. I’m a terrible eater and it’s only my fault it’s so high. I just need inspiration and to know if anyone else has similar struggles and can offer advice. I had a heart attack two years ago which I am sure is linked to the diabetes and yet I still can’t seem to get it under control! Feel like a massive failure.
