I've recently had all teeth pulled out (2nd November) and need help as I'm in a lot of pain and can't eat properly.

I have to use the roof of my mouth to squish food to swallow and I can barely swallow as my throat is killing me.

Is there anything I can eat that is soft and easy to swallow without pain?

Right now I am only drinking ice cold drinks and only taking my background insulin as I'm not eating at all.

I really need help as I don't have a clue on what I'm doing right!!

When i had all of my top teeth extracted, I put all my food into a blender then reheated the brew in a microwave.

No chewing required, just drink it down...

Edit: Clarity.

That must be really uncomfortable for you Alex.

Soup, scrambled eggs, porridge, lentils. Milky drinks could be an option too.
