Advice

I have been doing pretty good keeping my reading in ok range. For some reason this morning my reading was 155 and now my bedtime test is 200..
Nothing different.. i take novolog flexpen 3 times a day and Levemir at bedtime
Oh and metphorman also.

Any advice?
