After meal BG

After lunch today my BG was 15 when before it was 7 this is getting worse and I injected properly and have done everything correctly. I can't cope with this disease I deserve to be punished.

What type of injections? Just I know with my son I use the refill pens and this has happend a couple of times and sometimes just changing his insulin cartridge works :/ worth trying if you use refills. Hope it helps

@james122, do you inject ahead of your food to give your insulin time to work? If not have a read of the following:
