Hello! I’ve been given a Libre2 with a Nuu A5X reader. The nurse set everything up for me and after my appointment I waited the hour or so before scanning the sensor. The reader is working perfectly when I hold it over my sensor, but I can’t set up any alarms and I keep getting a ‘signal loss’ error message. I’d really like to get the alarms set up as I’m hypo-unaware - would anybody be able to offer some advice please? Thank you!
