Are there any carbs in almond flour biscuits? Contain ground almonds, one teaspoon Stevia, vanilla flavouring and one egg white. Husband numbers seem to go up after eating these with cream, and I can't see why.

Almond Flour contains carbohydrate.

Less if it was ground almonds as that will contain more fibre.

For some reason nut flour spikes me. Perhaps too many nuts in a muffin.

It is ground almonds - I thought that and almond flour was the same thing. Thank you - I'll ration his biscuits lol
