My preprandial blood sugar is between 85 & 90 and that of post-postprandial between 145 and 150. I have been testing my blood sugar levels using Accu-Chek Active. Am I diabetic.
The postprandial blood sugar is slightly higher than normal,but as the pre prandial is below 90 surely you are not diabetic,but can be classified in pre diabetic! Diet and exercise will help!best wishes!
