hey everyone i have been diagnosed with Impaired fasting glycaemia last week..my fasting blood sugar level was 115...i am not into any medications right now..my random test are ok...my PP level are ok too..but my fasting level never goes below 110...is it normal or am i diabetic now???

I think you are not actually diabetic until your fasting level is over 126 or thereabouts. 110 is a bit higher than normal and suggests that you are pre-diabetic and that you should be watching your diet and exercise levels about now.

Hello and welcome,

I'm afraid only your doctor can tell you that following diagnostic blood tests such as the HbA1c or Oral Glucose Tolerance tests. Have you had these tests?

How to stop dry mouth and thirst?
I have been diagnosed as a diabetic recently. My mouth is always dry and thirsty though I drink a lot of water. How to cure it?

For me it stopped the instant I was given insulin. But it could be related to kidneys or something else, we cannot diagnose you, you must speak to your medical team and get tests done as Bluetit1802 suggested above..

Dry mouth stopped for me as soon as my bs were constant .. And in the right numbers ..
