A few weeks ago I realised I was turning into the type of person I avoid on the forum and I was becoming a bit obnoxious.

I sincerely apologise to anyone that I offended.

I'm happy to say, that after a period of self-imposed quarantine, normal service has been resumed

I quit the fags a week ago and thank you so much for the book, it has been immensely helpful!
