AN EXTRA PILL ?

Went to the docs yesterday about the sititgliptin causing the pancreatitis. I also told him i had stopped them 4 days before and everything cleared up. Mentioned bout my worry of vit b12 deficiency and the anti bodies test for T1.5 My tongue has been sore sore for 3-4 years and i have spent most of that time trying to find out why. 3 doctors and a dentist didn't know so i kept looking and came up with the B12 thing. He ruled that out as he said i had a blood test last year for something and it would of shown up in that. However he does seem to think it could be caused by years of using amitriptyline and gave me a mouth wash ???? As for the diabetic meds, he said to not to take anything but my glucophage for 3 weeks as its still earyl after my op and i might settle yet. He asked what my sugars was doing and when i was testing, I said i was random testing and they were up to 18-21. I was told it will be ok to carry on for 3 weeks just taking the met and if there is any problems obviously ring in. Its 3 weeks because that is when my 3 monthly test is due and then he will test for the antibodies at the same time. Forgot to mention i am trying in the mean time to keep it low with diet and down to 16.8 at mo.
