Evening meals

WED Evening Dancing about 3 hrs -- 1 ltre water , Snacks 2 babybel cheese, 5 oat biscuits
Thurs afternoon 1/2 hr brisk walk Snacks , handful almonds
Wed Drinks thru day , hot water, water, 2 blk coffee, 1 blk tea

Wed Before bed Camomile tea
