I use the MySugr app on my iPhone, where I can record bloods, meds, insulin, grams of carbs, type of food, and tags like activities, what meal it is, etc etc.
Then I use the MyFitnessPal app on both phone and iPad to keep a detailed food diary, which also works out the amounts of nutrients with everything. You can import recipes from websites too. It’s very handy!
All on my phone and iPad, I only use my computer to print off monthly MyFitnessPal reports.
I do use the paid version of both, but the free versions are perfectly functional and really good.
