Just picked up my HbA1c results and it came back as 5.9%/41 mmol which means I am no longer in the Pre-Diabetic range.
Even though this means I am back in the normal range I will still be working on an improved diet and more exercise.
A little bit of relief, but still more work to do to drive that figure down even more.
