6.9 at dinner. then i remember carrot juice on fingers. down to 6. i need to avoid the junk. i am not enjoying the feeling.
 
Yes I'm 4 stone lighter and no longer on medication, whatever spike i do get \it seems to be back to normal in a hour or so
I think the weight loss assists the little insulin we produce and makes it more concentrated ,I know it doesn't work for everyone,have a good one.

It does make you wonder
I've lost 5+ stone and reduced the metcrapin ,sorry metformin and seem to not spike as before diagnosis

the 5 stone...is a huge loss of weight...that will most likely be the thing that is helping you. well done ...I seem to be on a plateau of 2 stone...gonna have to do more exercise

Has become a little obsessive at the moment.
Walked 5 miles today that is about average.
Also feeling guilty about everything I eat.
I really wanted to excess today but could not let go as much as I thought I could if I was honest,keep having little snippets of the bad stuff.
