Sorry I have only been lurking about for the past few months.
I have lots going on at the moment.
Last week I had my annual review, well 18 months since my last one. But that's typical of my surgery.
My HbA1c has gone up from 6.4% to 7.3%. Annoyed but I was expecting it to be higher then it was.
Have put on nearly a stone. Oops.
But the god news, cholesterol has gone down to 4.8. Though no idea if that is still high.
Blood pressure was 129/70. Which I am over the moon with.
