Hello all.

I'm Laura. I am 27 and have had Type 1 diabetes since April 2004. I am on MDI using Tresiba and Novorapid.

I am a full time Mummy to my 4 year old daughter who thankfully has shown no signs of having diabetes.

Not sure what else there is to say. I tend to keep myself and my diabetes to myself but I am looking for more people to speak to regarding control and lifestyle

Must say that I'm quite a few years off wanting to have children yet, but it's reassuring to see someone acing it even with type 1. It was one of the first things I asked about when I got diagnosed.

lots of friendly advice here if needed and with your experience am sure you will be a help to other peeps.
 
Thank you all. I'm not sure how good I will be at giving advice but I'll give it a go!
