It's higher than they'd like and obviously if it continues you'd be running risks with your health. They're doing the next test to make sure, presumably. Others on here will know more about the glucose tolerance test. Thing is, if that's a fasting one, it's going to be higher after meals. But only the docs can tell you what's going on for sure. We don't diagnose as we don't know you or your medical history. So let us know what happens. I just thought I'd answer your post so you didn't feel ignored!
