read a book [to hell with late night TV ]

Prefer eating with chopsticks or knife and fork?
 
I'm more of a spoon type. Food always falls from my fork. I use a fork or a knife to shove stuff on my spoon though. You can imagine how I feel about chopsticks when I find eating with a fork too hard...

Spinach, seaweed is quite high in carbs from what I remember

By taking it without permission ie stealing and/or cook in hot water. ie you can also end up in hot water if you have obtained the egg by "poaching"
