Type 1 Antibiotics

Hi, does anyone else find that Antibiotics cause erratic bs? I’ve heard people say it’s not them but the infection but I don’t agree with this! I was recently given Flucloxacillin for a bite on my leg which is starting to heal now. But the bite was there for a couple of weeks and I was dressing it myself. I had no problem with my bs but when I saw the GP she gave me the antibiotics and straight away I was going Hypo all over the place! My husband had to use Glucogen 5 times in 9 days! I have noticed this before as well. Now I’ve finished the course I’m ok. Also if it was the infection bs normally would go up!
