I'd go for liver dump. I'm normally in the 4's before lunch after a normal morning, can be late 3's with a bit of moderate exercise. If I overdo the exercise, I can suddenly be back in the 6's. Might be worth testing at about three hours, or 4, to see how low you're getting just for invetigative purposes. If I do sustained exercise, like golf, I have an apple or something during it just to keep the fuel up. As a type 2 diet only, don't go doing something silly like taking glucotabs or eating white bread just for the sake of it; it's not like you're going to have a bad hypo, just take advantage of the low sugar level to eat something nice and useful.
