I am a type 1 who can't feel my high's or low's. Wish I could describe it.

High bg can sometimes be difficult to spot although the usual symptoms are increased urination, fatigue and blurry vision, hypo's on the other hand can vary from person to person and include feeling sweaty, shaky, moody, hungry and a fast heart rate due to the adrenalin rush, if you don't have any of these symptoms then its likely that you've become hypo unaware and you need to speak with your diabetes team.

Lapel to your team as if you wanted that would hold a strong case for a continuos blood glucose monitor and it would tell you the hi and lows. I have always experienced different things like noble head said. Hyper for me red cheeks, I taste it, smell it, I sometimes itch but the big for me is feeling spaced out is the only way I can say it.
Hypo I starch a lot in my head I feel angry sweat heart beat is very fast I also dream about hypo or hyper. For example when I am low and a sleep I dream of Charlie chocolate factory I stuff loadsof sweet things in my mouth and my mouth expands I then wake up see I'm in a hypo been doing that since I was diagnosed. They often say it's finding away to connect with all your senses to see what one helps you have an alarm. Hope it helps
