Any idea of a really light carb snack?

Too late for tonight, I'm going carb free

But my BS is 5.1 so I reckon that allows me a very low carb treat for supper, what would be a good bet?

I'm going to leave it, go to bed at 5.1 and see how big the dawn effect is.

On to 2 x Metformin tomorrow, will be interesting...
 
Pepperami. If you're into spicy ish meat things you can't go wrong with one. 1 carb per stick. =)
Or a heap of celery with some cheese, but I don't think that's as tasty.
 
Pepperami? Get in! I'll have some of that. All I need is a nice low carb dip to go with it
