but it is the general forgetfulness im more concerned about rather than the hypo treatment today like making sure she has enough of everything in her bag and just remembering what times she has to check her levels and what she she eat before pe etc at what age do i back off and expect her to take more control as a mum i just want her to feel confident she can do it herself and it will make me feel better whenshe has school trips away for long periods etc

There is no need to follow up with starchy carbs at all. So full credit to her. :clap:
