Hi. I'm on oestrogen patches and oral progesterone (utrogestan). I started out on sequi patches and changed after about a year as they stopped being effective. I'd be a basket case without HRT and personally wouldn't be without it. Unfortunately, I can't comment on how they do or don't impact my diabetes as I've currently poor control. I'm under investigation for LADA as my cpeptide is low and ever decreasing, and T2 medication doesn't work for me. Good luck with the HRT.
