Any long term Type 1's not needed paramedics

Ive been diabetic for nearly 40 years

im 48 now and the day after my 21st birthday I woke up with paramedics.

The truth was obvious gone to bed drunk and not tested before bed, not eaten before bed, so mum found me in a state in the morning and phoned ambulance.

There will be a reason you wake up with a paramedic by your side... just learn from it ;-)
