Any reversal symptoms to expect?

I'm now at 6 months after stopping the metformin and the aloglyptin (good riddance). Have lost 5 stone (in 5 years). Now at 14.5 stone standing at 6 foot 4 and feel like I am returning to my normal weight. BG's were up at 22 two months ago when I had flu. Currently seem to be hungry all the time. Loads of screaming headaches and high picthed whines in my ears. Hot flushes. Nausea. Epic mood swings. Shakey legs and arms. Regular background anxiety with butterflies and weird weakness in my biceps. I feel like I am false hypoing(with very strong hunger pangs) after eating at 20 minutes post-meal, 40 minutes post-meal and 2 hours post meal. Anyone had any reversal symptoms? Is that even a real thing?
