Anyone craving a 'bread' texture?

These may fit the bill! With Almond flour coming in at 6g per 100 carbs, these muffins are only 1-2g of carb each! Lovely , warm from the oven with butter.

Google Cloud Bread. Used to use them for burger buns in my very low carb days. Also nice as a sweet with whipped cream.
 
Here is the recipe, as a photo thumbnail. They are not as soft as burger buns, more of a dense texture. Fab with butter/marmite etc

Where can you buy almond flour? Our local supermarkets don't stock it.
