Little finger on right hand is in agony! Can't take steroids as im 12 weeks pregnant

Hi,
Good luck with your pregnancy, I'd advise asking your midwife or GP.
Heat and alternative cold might help.

Ask your GP, your Midwife won’t know and even if she does it’s out of her realm of practice so will refer you to your GP.

Your doctor may recommend a splint that you can wear at night to keep the finger extended.and also gentle stretching exercises you should also try to rest the effected finger as much as possible.
