Just a quick question.
Is there anyone near me in the Durham UK area?

If so I wondered if there is a support group where I can go and have a coffee, sorry water and have a face to face chat?

Bummer, Durham is about 4 hours away from me.
Did you know coffee is good for Diabetes.... I try to have the occassional cup

I am near Durham? Did I read on another thread that you got test strips on prescription? Do you buy ingredients/food online or locally?
 
Yeah got strips. Lancets snd sharps box. Food so far from shops till I find out what I should be doing. Im in hetton

well done on getting the strips etc. My GP said no but I am prediabetic so didn't push it. If you see any good deals food wise locally let me know!
