Anyone on Glimepiride??

Hi ive just started this on 2nd day i also take metformin SR n Januvia. So far i have to say that it seems to be working. Ive upped carb intake to around 35g per meal from 15g n on the whole BS r much better! Fasting was 10.6 normally 12.6 after brekky i had porriage when for a 20 min walk n just got a 8! Normally get 17.5 . Could this all b to good to be true????? Anyone gd any succes storys with this drug? Was on glacazide but didnt help for long. I feel better than i have done in months! Yay.
