HI, I got an email last week to say I'd been selected to trial a 14-day weightloss programme - which I saw the ad for on this site - called Almased, meal replacement stuff.
Just wondering if any of you lovely peeps have tried it? Always been wary of such things but because it's been advertised on here and it reads well in terms of diabetics using it (but then it would do!) I've decided to give it a go.....
Bit nervous about it but I think that's more about still having the medical advice of high carb diet still being ingrained in my brain! Having reduced carbs already and finding I feel a whole lot better I'm thinking that replacing the odd meal might be ok, any thoughts out there??
