An app called Carb Manager is being advocated on a Facebook group I’ve joined (Keto for women over 50). I’ve downloaded the free version and initial signs look positive, but before I transfer from my current app (which like most focuses on calories and has had to be adapted by me), wanted to see if others have any experience of it.
Hi, I have no experience with the app.
But I use MyNetDiary, diabetes version. Costs a few pounds, but worth it I would say.
3 different options for carbs. Also log BG. Counts steps (iphone), distance on gps. Also other things like Blood pressure. Measurements, weight. A ton of stuff really.
You probably weren’t looking for suggestions. But u never know.

It tracks carbs, fat and calories (you can ignore the other two if you wish). It also tracks water intake. It's fairly customizable. I like the fact you can scan packages or input the information for your own recipes to add a particular food if it's not in their database. Only the paid version logs blood glucose so I use another app for that (it does track weight and exercise though though).
