Apple Smartwatch <> Dexcom

Hi All

Back again so appreciate any help in advance.

Does anyone have apple smart watch using and working reliably from the dexcom g7 app directly to dexcom sensor

Plus are vibrating alarms also working ??

Ie with no phone involvement ??
