I think a lot of the scepticism is coming from the fact you've said you're T1, but you are mostly quoting HbA1C numbers - which say absolutely nothing about your type, there was one C-Peptide mentioned which as far as I can tell wasn't in the T1 range anyway (though I could be wrong) and have not answered questions about any other tests that would help confirm your type (for example antibody tests, or even the mody tests - mody is often confused for T1 I think), so people are not convinced.
Maybe you just have a very rare gene that allows this to work you (and the two cases studies you have linked), and its very cool that its working for you, but I suspect for many T1's especially the ones who are younger, its just not going to work like that
