Are These Numbers good?

Was given a slip of paper last week, with some results on whilst i was at my desmond course last week. Was just wondering what you clever people thought of them

These were from August this year
Potassium 4.3
Creat 70
GFR >90

HBA1c 6.0 (i know about this one)

cholesterol 4.8 ( i had been on simvastation for a month or so before this test)

trig 2.0
HDL 1.08
LDL 2.82

Albumin craetine ratio 0.8

BP 140/82 (at home its usually 127/79 occusianlu 139/80)

Still not got the latest results for thyroid etc.

you can look up all different tests here

HDL and LDL are pretty good, trigs need to come down which can be achieved by reducing carbs and closer BG control, and working on the insulin resistance
