Paul Sinha from The Chase has announced that he has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. He said that his 1st symptom was a frozen shoulder then a right sided limp and a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. It’s very sad news as he is such a nice guy & I thoroughly enjoy watching him on The Chase.
This has got me thinking about the possibility of a link between these symptoms. I had a frozen shoulder in 2006, diagnosed pre diabetic in 2009 & type 2 in 2018. It would be interesting to have a poll on how many type 2’s have had a frozen shoulder. I also wonder if any research has been carried out on this.

If you type "frozen shoulder" into the search box you get quite a few hits...

I heard in a podcast that frozen shoulder can be caused by AGEs (Advanced Glycation End products) damaging collagen.
