I have been a follower of this blogger for over 4 years now. Sometimes I disagree with his views, but sometimes he comes up with something that hits my interest button. I am linking to his latest blog since I think it is of general interest but is basically Low Carb related

He has in the past mentioned his job, which is as a toll booth operator on a USA freeway. He is not medically minded but does have an interest in diet matters. I do not know if he has diabetes, but his previous blogs would indicate a personal interest in the treatment of this disorder. He does support Low Carb approach to diets.
