It seems to lower blood pression but also to ameliorate blood sugar. I m giving it a try.Did anyone else try it?
 
Yes, I’m taking a homeopathic supplement called Cystiphane ( spanish company- Biorga)which has zinc, arginine, B6 and l carnitine. All this apparently helps combat oxidative stress. I am going to up my arginine dosage with an extra supplement .
