I've started using Artichoke supplements to assist with the lowering of my LDL cholesterol. I've read artichoke contains an acid cynarine which not only helps to reduce bad LDL cholesterol (have to wait until End April to find out) but also can lower blood sugar. I'm taking two supplements a day and I'm actually seeing a lower blood sugar morning average. Can't be sure if its the tablets are doing it or if my insulin sensitivity has improved due to lowering of my bad LDL.

Any other artichoke users out there?

Which ever, good news. Keep us informed as it is worth a try if you are successful. I already take a lot of different supplements so am a bit reluctant to take any more without cutting out on I am already taking!
