I read the responses again about a week ago, as I just wondered how it was going, and I noticed Sarah Hallberg's response. You have a few "big names" in there. Excellent.

It'll be interesting to see if you receive lots of contacts, following the hard copy publications. I do hope so.
 
Would be interest to see a study looking at the result if GPs JUST told customers to have a high protein breakfast without trying to limit fats at breakfast time. Alone with giving examples of nice breakfast that are high protein and low carbs (not no carbs).

Even a packet of olives, nuts, or smoked oily fish is easy for someone that does not have time to cook a breakfast.

(The best advice that is not acted on is worse than simple advice that changes how people live their lifes.)
