Well it's been 3 months since diagnosed with type 2 and it took a while to sink in. But since Christmas I've changed my diet and started to exercise. My blood glucose readings have been up and down all over the place. Today I have done 3 readings and first time ever they have been between 6 and 6.4. I know I take metformin but I'm chuffed that I'm finally getting there and that's a good feeling.
