Mine started at 114 in January 2024. Hard work all done through diet and exercise. I know I now need to stay where I am or ideally get lower but tonight I’m feeling good about things and that is something I haven’t felt in a long time.
@Hopeful34 and @Pipp , no need for the hugs, my lab hba1c's have been non diabetic for years, and the consistent discrepancy means I know what my yearly hba1c will be!
