Nay.
Too many chemicals.

And there are so many nicer foods, with better ingredients, that do the same thing.

What do u have if you want a sweet treat

I gave up all of these types of things to stop myself being in the habit of grabbing a pack of something for a snack. I don't usually have snacks. I may have a couple of squares of 90% chocolate in the evening, but that's all.

Oh yes forgot about hi coco choc

Sugarfree jelly (avoiding the brands full of ****) and cream
9 bar
Strawberries n cream
Blueberries n cream
Raspberries n cream
Low carb hot choc
Green smoothies
Low carb peanut cookies
Low carb mug cakes
70% cocoa solid choc
Fat bombs
A prune (5g carbs ea!)
11g bag popcorn (6g carbs per bag)
Coffee n cream, with sweetener

But to be honest, the longer I am ketogenic, the less I want sweetness.
I don't bother, most days.

As an occasional treat, I think they are okay - not great, but okay. They are rather pricey, though.

Adding to that Pork Scratchings (on offer in Lidl today, when I dropped in for milk) Mr Porky Pork Scratchings - 5 x 20g bags for 99p

Not low calorie, but low carb.

I don't think I want to know what pork scratchings are.

They have MSG
Sadly my delicate little system likes to react with extreme thirst, water retention and a childlike hyperactivity. Mr B does not enjoy the 2am volubility.

On the other hand, these are fab!

I reckon the real Dr Atkins is turning in his grave at all the commercial stuff that is now produced in his name... so won't touch them with a barge pole. I think that there are plenty of other nicer things (see @Brunneria's list) that are both better for you and for your pocket.

Where do you get all these products from or recipes if you make them

I would go for berries and cream, the virtually carb free hot chocolate made with cocoa, sweetener, mix with boiling water and add double cream! I no longer crave sweetness as in the ****** chocolate kind, and now even seem to detect sweetness in 80/90% dark!!
Mind you,I have discovered a divine 70% dark with raspberries in at lidl, 5gm carbs per square and the squares are big!

Look, I know you are new to low carb, but REALLY?

Andbreathe JUST told you that they are on offer in Lidl's. And if you don't have a nearby shop, then google or Amazon can find just about anything.

The forum (using the search functionality) and Dr Google are your friends.

If you take a visit to your local supermarket you will be amazed at what you can fine if you want to
