Nope, I just substitute ribbons of courgette or aubergine for the pasta and make my own "bol sauce"

I've been using the courgette ribbons and really like it, but still miss "proper" pasta sometimes

I've been having the zero noodles. They're pretty good, but they need a good sauce. The ones that say they were on Dragons Den are the best brand.

I just bought a bag, but I haven't tried it yet. I did like the 'slim pasta' though with 0 carbs. I'm thinking this is looking like a higher carb alternative.
